Architecture Design

During the Pre-Construction Phase, our team of architects design the project such that it captures the client’s complete vision of the project. Throughout the entire design process, our architects communicate with the construction professionals to form a design that both meets the end users needs, yet is cost effective to deliver.

Project Delivery

Project delivery commences as soon as the architectural designs have been approved. Our Management team oversee all the architecture design, specialty subcontractors and material vendors, to ensure everything meets the quality standards set for the project and to ensure project delivery timelines are met.

Post Delivery

Once the project is complete, we will provide a post-delivery handoff, which typically includes thorough walk-throughs and hands-on training for operations and maintenance staff. All warranty papers and any other relevant support documentations and contacts are provided to the client and the end users
